SUP Fitness: the workout created by Poseidon himself! Each 75-minute class takes place entirely on our higher-end soft paddleboards. From the warm-up to the explosive bodyweight exercises to paddle sprints, everything is on the water. It’s one killer workout and an awesome time. Come join us!
